On May 21, 2009 at the Instituto de Tecnologia ORT celebrated the day of Yom Yerushalayim, festival that marks the reunification of Jerusalem during the Six Day War by Israel in 27 home (May 1967).
The day has a high religious significance, since the Temple Mount and Western Wall returned to Jewish sovereignty for the first time since the year 70 BC In Israel, this day is celebrated with feasts, songs and stories of this historic day.
The celebration included two TSOs in artistic expression: the projection of a slideshow with music from Verdi's opera Nabuco the aria "Va, pensiero Sull 'dorato there" and the opening at the entrance of your library, donated by a visual artist, Albert Kolker. The work, measuring 1.00 x 1.20, portrays the city of Jerusalem. The artist used a mixed technique, texture and sand so that, even with eyes closed, all could feel the Wailing Wall.
This is one of the interviews that the artist Albert Kolker
